Custom-configured/special order merchandise requires a 50% deposit at time of order. If the customer decides to cancel their order whether the order has been shipped or is still being processed, Philz I.T. Consulting shall have the right to charge a 20% order cancellation fee. Damaged items or missing parts/accessories must be reported within 3 business days of invoice date. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping, insurance, expedited and delivery fees are non-refundable. Assembly and/or pre-test fees are non-refundable. Philz I.T. Consulting is not responsible for any damage caused by defective items purchased to other components owned by the buyer such as electrical shorts, fires, erasure of data, etc.

Return Policy

Returns must be received by Philz I.T. Consulting within 30 days of the original invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns received within 15 days of invoice date and 35% on returns received within 30 days of invoice date. Return of non-defective merchandise for replacement, refund or store credit must be in original packaging condition (product boxes, manuals, software, etc.). Returned merchandise to Philz I.T. Consulting with missing accessories, components, software, documentation or damaged product packaging boxes will not be processed. Refunds/credits/replacements will be issued within seven days of receipt. Due to limited stock, replacement products may not be available immediately. Absolutely no refunds will be given on CPU’s, CPU fans, thermal paste, software, recordable media, flat screen LCD displays, digital cameras, camcorders, PDA’s, printers, printer paper and accessories, ink and toner cartridges, labor, service and consulting fees. Customer should review these policies prior to making purchase.

Warranty Policy

All of Philz I.T. Consulting’s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice unless stated otherwise. All items under manufacturer’s warranty must be registered and serviced through their warranty agreements. Philz I.T. Consulting shall either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period provided that Philz I.T. Consulting determines the product to be defective. Philz I.T. Consulting reserves the right to replace defective product with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value. Products sold with a manufacturer or direct Warranty must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. For these items, the warranty policy from the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or “end-user”) of the item. Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore inherently “defective”.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Philz I.T. Consulting carries a mixture of new, used, surplus, and recertified products and are identified accordingly. Certain items may be OEM, Bulk, White Box or Retail based products. Typically the “OEM”, “BULK” and “White Box” versions do not have the colorful retail packaging. “OEM”, “BULK” and “White Box” versions usually include all necessary driver software or it is available for download from the manufacturer’s Web site. They may not include the bundled games and/or other software and/or cabling and add-on equipment or adapters that the “Retail” versions have. If you are not clear as to whether the item you are purchasing is OEM, Bulk, White Box or retail based product, we ask that you do not make assumptions. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO PHILZ I.T. CONSULTING ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL PHILZ I.T. CONSULTING, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD.

By taking delivery of either new or repaired equipment after payment, the customer agrees to be bound by the above stated terms and conditions.
